Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of items that are defective or significantly different from what was described on our website.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@carri.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized items, sale items, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Late or Missing Returns
If you return an item after the 7-day return period, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit instead of a refund. If you believe your return was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of shipping the return.
